What is PPGI

The PPGI using hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, hot-dip galvalume steel sheet, electro-galvanized steel sheet etc as base plate , after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), and then coating one or several layers of organic coating on the surface, followed by a product that has been baked and cured. It is also named for its color coated steel coils coated with various colors of organic paints.

In addition to the zinc layer protection, the color coating steel strip using the hot-dip galvanized steel strip as the substrate protects the organic coating on the zinc layer from rusting and the service life is longer than that of the galvanized strip about 1.5 times.
